1. Extruded aluminum radiator type: The fin and the base plate are integrated. There is no splicing, and the heat dissipation inside the radiator is uniform and the thermal conductivity is high. The disadvantage is that due to the limitation of processing technology, the size of the heat sink, the fin spacing, thickness, and height of the fins are all limited.
2. Semi-extruded aluminum radiator, semi-insert type: Due to the limitation of the extrusion aluminum profile process, the spacing between the sheets cannot be made too narrow, and a piece of aluminum sheet is inserted between the two sheets by means of the insert method, and the pressure is applied. Press and fix the machine. Because about half of the fins are plugged in, and the aluminum sheet and the bottom plate are not integrated, the thermal conductivity is not as good as one. The thermal resistance is larger than that of pure extruded aluminum profiles.
