Aluminum extrusion profile production process may appear some problems, such as bending, twisting, deformation, slag and other problems, encounter these problems will do? Adsorbed particles, what are they? The defects of adsorbed particles are difficult to find without careful observation or contact. The harm is: in the production process of electrophoresis and spraying profiles, it is difficult to remove, affect the surface appearance of profiles, resulting in the formation of waste products. The main reasons for the formation of adsorption particles are as follows:
1. The influence of the quality of the casting rod: the quality of the casting rod is an important factor affecting the surface and extrusion molding of the heat sink aluminum profile. The formation of adsorbed particles is closely related to the quality of cast rod. The microstructure defects of cast rods are commonly slag inclusion, loose, coarse grain, segregation, bright grain, etc. All these cast rods have one thing in common, that is, they are not welded well with cast rod matrix, resulting in the discontinuity of matrix flow, which is an important factor for the formation of adsorbed particles.
2. The influence of mold: in extrusion production, the mold is working under high temperature and high pressure, which will produce elastic deformation. The working belt of the mold begins to be parallel to the extrusion direction. After being pressured, the working belt deforms into a horn shape. Only the cutting edge of the working belt contacts the sticky aluminum formed by the heat sink aluminum profile, which is similar to the knife chip tumor of the turning tool. In the formation process of sticky aluminum, particles are constantly brought out by the heat sink aluminum profile, adhesion on the surface of the profile, resulting in adsorption particles.
3. The influence of extrusion process: the choice of extrusion process parameters is also an important factor affecting the adsorption particles. The extrusion temperature is too high, the extrusion speed is too fast, the adsorption particles are more, the reason is that the temperature is high, the speed is fast, the flow speed of the profile is increased, the degree of mold deformation is increased, the flow of metal is accelerated, the deformation resistance of metal is relatively weakened, and it is easier to form aluminum adhesion phenomenon.

The aluminum extrusion profile must be cooled to below 50 degrees before stretching. If the temperature is too high, stretching will not only burn the human body, the hair belt, but also expose absolute waste products such as bending, twisting, and poor performance before and after aging, because the stress in the aluminum alloy profile can not be completely eliminated.

Appearance quality of curtain wall aluminum profile: the surface of anodic oxide film is not allowed to have electrical burns, oxide film falling off and other defects; Electrophoretic, powder, fluorocarbon profile paint film should be uniform, neat, smooth, do not allow wrinkles, cracks, bubbles, flow signs, inclusions and paint film fall off and other defects, but allow local film within 80 mm at the end of the profile.
