2. Pay attention to the quality of washing. In order to reduce the pollution level of aluminum profiles, first of all, it is necessary to minimize the pollution of the workpiece entrained by the cleaning liquid to the next process. In addition, multi-level washing should be added, usually two-level washing, and some processes still use pure water. The contamination of the latter-level washing water does not exceed the previous level of cleaning the workpiece, so that the residual liquid concentration of the second-level washing workpiece is only 1% of the original concentration. When adding clean water to wash, use countercurrent supplement to save water.
3. Foam and its control. In metal cleaning, a corresponding amount of foam is beneficial to some treatment processes, but the quality of industrial aluminum profile cleaning agent does not depend on the amount of foam, and when radiating into it, the cleaning agent is required to be low-foaming, otherwise Batch cleaning cannot be stopped normally.
4. The formula of degreaser. Due to the poor effect of a single group of cleaning agents, multi-component cleaning and composite cleaning agents are generally used for industrial aluminum profile cleaning. The cleaning agent can effectively exert its respective cleaning characteristics, so it can significantly improve the cleaning efficiency.
