1. Small note
Each ten aluminum profiles are bundled into a small bundle, and pearl cotton or kraft paper should be used for separation in the middle of the aluminum profiles and tightly packed to avoid hard objects from scratching the surface of the aluminum profiles during transportation.
The total volume of each large bundle is within the range of 60*60cm, and the outer surface of the aluminum profile is packed with kraft paper for sealing. So that the total amount of each bundle of wrapping paper will not exceed 500kg. After packaging with kraft paper, this large aluminum profile will be fixed with 2-3 metal straps to make the aluminum profile packaging more sturdy.
3. Special packaging
In order to better handle aluminum profiles, a metal unloading frame can be built.
4. Wooden case packing
For some customers who use this packaging method, it is recommended to use wooden boxes for packaging.
