What are the differences between aluminum processing and aluminum profile processing?

Aluminum profiles are products made from aluminum and other alloying elements. Usually, it is first processed into castings, forgings, foils, plates, strips, tubes, bars, profiles, etc., and then processed by cold bending, sawing, drilling, assembling, and coloring. The main metal element of aluminum profiles is aluminum, and some alloying elements are added to improve the performance of aluminum. Aluminum profile is an alloy material, which is made of aluminum as raw material and alloys of different components. It needs to go through various processing procedures before it can be put into production. So what is the difference between aluminum processing and aluminum profile processing?
Aluminum processing: Aluminum processing refers to the process of casting aluminum ingots and aluminum rods through casting, rolling, extrusion, stretching, forging, surface treatment and other processes, which requires a series of professional production and processing steps to produce aluminum products suitable for various uses. In simple terms, that is, the aluminum billet is processed into wood by plastic processing method. Including aluminum bar, aluminum sheet, aluminum strip, aluminum foil, aluminum pipe, aluminum profile, aluminum wire, aluminum forgings, etc.
Aluminum profile processing: It belongs to a small category of aluminum processing, which refers to the process of extrusion and forming of aluminum bars through a die, including extrusion stretching, aging cooling, surface treatment, deep processing, and bending. And we often say that the aluminum profile cutting to length, punching and tapping, and rapid assembly belong to the deep processing steps of aluminum profiles.
In simple terms, aluminum processing refers to a broad range of aluminum alloy processing including aluminum profile processing, and aluminum profile processing refers to a subdivided profile processing under the aluminum processing category.
