Under normal circumstances, after the production of industrial aluminum profiles
need oxidation treatment, so that it can obtain a layer of protective film, which can make the service life of industrial aluminum profiles greatly extended. However, after aluminum oxidation processing, due to the porous structure and strong adsorption performance of the anodic oxidation film, the surface of industrial aluminum profiles is also easily contaminated, so it needs to be closed treatment.
When the oxide film hole is closed, different methods can be used to complete the requirements. In fact, for the oxidation processing of industrial aluminum profiles, there are three commonly used sealing methods, respectively: hot water sealing, steam sealing and salt solution sealing. The following are the main contents of these three methods respectively.
First, the hot water is closed. The main principle of this method is to hydrate the alumina on the surface of the oxide film and the pore wall in hot water, and then produce the hydrated alumina, so that the volume of the oxide film can be increased. In this way, the requirements of hole sealing can be realized. For industrial aluminum profile oxidation processing, the technical conditions of hot water sealing mainly include: the temperature is maintained at 95 ~ 100℃, the pH value is between 5.5 ~ 6, and the time is 10 ~ 30 minutes.
So, what does the second approach consist of? Comparatively speaking, this method is a little more effective than the first method, but the cost is also higher. Under normal circumstances, this sealing method is mainly used in the oxidation processing of industrial aluminum profiles for high sealing requirements, such as some decorative parts and so on. The main technical conditions for steam sealing are: the temperature is 100 to 110℃, and the pressure should be controlled between 0.05 and 0.1MPa.
The last one is the salt solution sealing method. In fact, using this method to seal, then you can choose different chemicals to seal according to the need, such as dichromate sealing. Under normal circumstances, the sealing method of salt solution is mainly applied to the sealing treatment of industrial aluminum profiles after oxidation processing and coloring.
