1. Aluminum profile temperature setting and control. Usually, there is a certain error between the internal temperature of aluminum profiles and the temperature measured on the surface during production, so we should try our best to set the table temperature according to the actual temperature of the furnace when we test the temperature, and pay close attention to the temperature fluctuations.
2. Insulation of aluminum profiles. For the temperature protection of aluminum profiles during production, the effect of thermal insulation should be carried out in strict accordance with the requirements of the production process. The thermal insulation time should be slightly more than the requirements of the production process, of course, only slightly more than, can not be exceeded for a long time. After all, if the thermal insulation time is too long, it will lead to the hardness of aluminum profiles is not enough.
3. Do not place aluminum extrusion frames too close to each other. There should be an interval between the material and the material. The interval between the unventilated small material and the thick material should be properly increased. When the pipeline material and the small material and the plate material are used together, the pipeline material should be placed under the assembly as far as possible, which is conducive to the circulation of air supply.
4. Before loading, other special alloys and ordinary 6063 alloys should be aged separately. Due to production reasons, it is really necessary to age with the furnace, so special alloy process should be adopted for aging. Aluminum profile is produced by aluminum profile, before aging hardness is low, can not be used as a finished product, so generally must go through aging to improve the strength.
