Aluminum profiles can do what finishing

Aluminum profile is a common profile in life. It has a very wide range of applications whether in some doors and windows manufacturing or in the manufacturing of some mechanical frames. It should be noted that although aluminum profiles are widely used, most of them need to go through some special process treatment to meet the subsequent production needs. What kind of finishing can be done on the aluminum profile?
1. Do passivation treatment on its surface. The passivation treatment of the surface of aluminum profile can make the surface of the metal not easy to occur oxidation reaction, which can effectively slow down the corrosion rate of the entire metal surface.
2. Anodizing. Using the principle of electrolyte, on the surface of aluminum alloy to be plated with other metals, so that it becomes an alloy, this kind of treatment can be local re-plating or effective correction of its surface. Generally, for relatively small workpiece, more will do rolling plating treatment.
3. Sand blast. For some more special workpiece, the surface needs to be sandblasted to increase the roughness of the material surface, so that it can better increase the adhesion of the surface of the object, so that it is more in line with the requirements of the entire production process.
Compared with other types of profiles, aluminum profiles have strong strength and are not easy to deformation in the subsequent application process, so they have been widely used in some building frames, doors and windows manufacturing industries. In some outdoor applications, it is necessary to pay attention to the anti-corrosion treatment of materials. Therefore, before finishing the aluminum profile, we should pay attention to the required process treatment according to the requirements of subsequent processing, so that the processed material can better meet the needs of the entire production and processing.
